Preserving employee's rights when the company is in liquidation

Dear sir,

My employer's company is in liquidation. Can I get my pending salaries and end of service settlement through the court?

How long does the procedure take?

Do I need to follow up every time or I can leave the UAE?

What should be done to get my all due settlements?

Dear,

You may leave the UAE, but appoint an attorney to follow up the matter.

In addition, you should attach an application to the aforesaid liquidation with the case details in order to avoid any adverse consequences.
