Q: 1) Since the company is a semi-government entity based in Abu Dhabi, can I challenge the unfair spot termination decision and get 3 months salary (per month salary was AED 7000) and other benefits? 2) Can I claim all my living costs (house rent, bills, car rental, food, telephone, travel/ fuel etc) after notice period finished date i.e. 26 April 2017 as per termination letter (21 days till 17 May 2017 and could end up more weeks)? 3) The termination letter was handed over on 29 March 2017 and last working day was same day but as per termination letter my last working day would be considered as 26 April (that is a difference of 3 days unpaid?) 4) As per my clear instructions to my team to report all necessary matters but in this case, everyone failed to report me and even many Rental Agents kept on renting this vehicle with a low tire pressure sign on the dashboard. 5) Shall I approach the labour court in Abu Dhabi or civil court considering my visa from immigration?

Q: My 2-year limited term contract in Dubai was terminated after 4 months due to my company downsizing; am I entitled to "without cause" termination compensation as per Federal Labour Law article 115? My former employer says "no" as they had not managed to finalise my work visa, however, I cannot see that this is relevant as there was a UAE employment contract in place.

Q: Good day, After completing 1.6 yrs work I was terminated from the company (the reason is low performance as per company opinion). I was terminated without any notice period. I filed a case in Labour Department for non-payment of the end of service gratuity and all benefits. A company representative didn't come to the Labour Department after 48 hrs and is still refusing to pay the full amount. Then I filed a case in the court, then I was sent from the court to a typing center service. In typing center they typed something and told me to come back after 10 days. In the meantime, I have only 7 days left to exit the country as per my visa cancellation. How and where will I check for my overstaying in Dubai due to this case I open in the court and typing center told me to come back after 10 days? Thanks

Q: Dear Sir/Madam Greetings, I am working in a construction company which is a Limited Liability Company as a Secretary / Front Desk Receptionist and my visa expired on 3rd of May 2017 and till date my employer has not renewed my visa. Already, my Emirates I.D. is also expired and my employer keeps on telling me they don't have the money now to renew my visa, but they will renew it. As you can see how much fines has been accumulated till date as it's 6 months now. Therefore, in view of above what action should I take in order to ensure that my visa will be renewed by my employer?

Q: Is there any legal action if I complain on my employer that my salary is always delayed? Like this September salary which until now, end of October, is still not paid. What can I do with this? They always delay the salary.

Q: I had been working in a company for 4 years. The salary was pending for 5 months and I have made a legal complaint against the company. After the complaint, they terminated me with immediate effect. I got another job and offer letter. After this, I have made a request for labour card cancellation. How can I cancel my visa?
