It has been instrumental to me in timely navigation of a very messy situation that may have been legally complicated. Responses to posted questions have been of variable quality, but for the most part participating lawyers have been kind & offered small insights before recommending paid consultations.  My first recommendation would be indexing the Q&A database by topic; preferably by keywords. At present, the website does a basic version of this by throwing up a limited number of suggested similar questions but this could be improved upon. At present, the search function feels a bit 'daisy-chained', for lack of a better word. My second recommendation would be for more articles or blog posts that can help cover most asked questions, incorporating the most commonly observed variations of similar situations.  Given how opaque the UAE regulatory & administrative landscape is, the importance of what you & your team are doing cannot be understated.

Your platform has truly made a positive impact on my legal needs. But, I was seeking legal advice specific to Saudi Arabia, unfortunately, I couldn't find any Saudi-based lawyers on your platform. The only option available was Dubai-based lawyers. Although they were knowledgeable, their expertise didn't fully align with my needs but they really helped me alot by considering my questions and answering them.  I'm sharing this feedback so that others seeking Saudi legal expertise don't face the same challenge.  To enhance your platform's value, I suggest expanding your network to include lawyers from Saudi Arabia and other countries as it is an online platform, users can access it easily. Thank you for providing a valuable service. I hope my feedback contributes to your platform's growth and development.

I stumbled upon this website by chance when I googled up for legal advice for a situation I faced in my business. I must say it has been a "find" of sorts for a small business owner like me. I am sure you may be able to understand how difficult it is for a start-up to get professional help, considering the shoe-string budget we need to manage with. Who to consult, from where to get references etc. It was a relief to know that such a platform exists. And quite convenient as well, where you post your query & get the basic advice form professionals in the legal field.  One suggestion that I would like to give is to try & offer a package service that include legal formats, basic laws guidance & consultancy services for a subscription.

The the platform is a fantastic idea, however in the end I felt (to be honest) that it was a little bit misleading. The lawyer was very helpful and responsive, however it was mentioned that he could provide a legal notice (which is what I require) at a cost of 99USD, but when he came back to me with further steps he quoted Dhs2,000 for the letter. I don’t think that’s a fair approach. Otherwise I found the platform easy to navigate and a great idea overall. Well done!

Initially the process was very easy and once I submitted my query I received a message from a Lawyer so quickly. It was very straight forward and smooth, the lawyer had made contact and I ultimately received a free zoom consultation.  After the consultation the quote for the service required from the lawyer was surprisingly extortionate for what I required, which was ... So this has set the bar high in my eyes that we could never afford any type of legal help here in UAE, however I would definitly apply for the free legal consultation again.
