Your service has helped me navigate through the right legal choices under my current predicament. However, the only aspect I saw that could be improved, would be that few lawyers might be using automated/pre-defined response at times, which could discourage some potential customers. I would maybe suggest that an acknowledgement of message received would be nice from the lawyers we message whom cannot reply or help, even if tge inquiry is not their field of expertise. The website is an excellent platform to connect to the lawyers and get an idea about how things work legally especially for immigration purposes related to work. The layout is simple and website is user friendly to get enough information and although I have not tried any paid services yet.
