I liked the work you have done with this platform.  People can easily reach first aid with legal matters when they feel upset and have no idea where to apply.  I found a bit unconvinient limited number of words at the message , it was not enough for me to explain the matter, and it could lead to distortions of understanding by lawyers . I think it can  be stretched.  As for other points, I have no any suggestions.  Thank you for your excellent idea, it is very helpful for ordinary people. I think great number of people appreciate what you do.

I think it is a very good initiative Only one thing I can suggest is to include more lawyers from other gcc countries as well. For eg , i can find more lawyers in UAE , but less for Bahrain,Kuwait etc.

Since i have already used this platform, i am very highly likely to recommend this to all my friends and family for legal advice in UAE. Actually, I was in need of PCC of UAE for USA, but I didn't know the process. I just reached randomly to your site and the response was very quick and spot on. So, thank you and your team. Regarding the suggestion and improvement. I guess you guys are already doing a very good job and helping the people's in getting legal advises. May be you can hire some more advisors of different languages and culture, so that they can help the peoples in UAE more easily and in their language of understanding. Not everyone can understand and speak English especially the labour peoples. It is my suggestion only. Rest all good you are doing!!
