- Documents drafting. If needed, the lawyer will draft all the required legal documents, such as Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), Power of Attorney (PoA), etc.
- Paperwork and filing. The lawyer will handle completing and filing paperwork with the relevant organizations and government authorities.
- Escrow services. Holding documents and monies in Escrow and releasing them as a non-bias third party.
- Liaising between parties of the transaction.

What's not included

- Guarantee of receiving required approvals from the government authorities.
- Any additional advice or work by the lawyer beyond those mentioned above.
For most people, this service covers the whole process of property conveyance from start to finish in the most efficient and effective way. But if your case requires additional work – for example, your conveyancing transaction requires resolving a dispute with the developer – you can talk to the attorney about hiring them for extra work.
