• Guarantee of trademark registration. The outcome of filling a trademark application depends on your situation and cannot be guaranteed. Grant of registration shall depend upon various factors including prior filing or registration of conflicting marks; prior use or adoption of the same or a similar mark by a third party; descriptiveness of the mark; meeting the morality code and the mark being compliant with the stipulations of Trademarks Law.
