I hold a trade license, but many therapists I am hiring do not have their own trade licenses and are already employed by other salons. If they have a UAE residence visa (e.g., sponsored by a family member or another employer), can they work for me with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and a MOHRE work permit? 3. If a MOHRE work permit is needed, how do I apply for one under my trade license? 4. Are there any risks or liabilities for my business if they do not hold their own trade license? 5. Would it be more compliant to employ them instead? If so, what are the costs and requirements for doing so? I want to ensure my business fully complies with UAE law.

What can I do after finishing all the execution steps and the company did not respond?
Q: I opened execution last week in the enforcement form which I signed and the same enforcement claimed to show in my online judicial account under my case number in the Abu Dhabi Judicial app. I believe that these are registered already to start enforcement after the timeframe finishes. Enforcement claims are as follows: 1. Seizing the trade license 2. Seizing accounts 3. Seizing cars Furthermore, I saw the notification from the court to the company that gave it 7 days to make the payment, but the 7 days were completed recently and the company has not paid yet. Kindly advise on any further steps from my side. Will the court start the enforcement measures from their side? When I opened execution, the above enforcement claim was included already. How to claim damages from a car repair shop after my car stopped after maintenance at their shop?
Q: I have a dispute with a car repair shop. After car maintenance in their shop, I started to suffer problems with the gearbox, until the car stopped. After the gearbox inspection, water was found mixed with gearbox oil. Water presence should be impossible by design.
