Q: Dear Sir/Madam, I was living and working in Dubai and had a personal loan in the amount of AED 1,000,000. I was paying my monthly payment of about AED 23,000/month regularly but then I lost my job. I went to the bank and informed them about the job loss and asked for restructuring. They restructured and brought my payment down to 13,000/month. I paid for 2 months but could not make any more payments since I ran out of money and have now defaulted. What can you do in case you got terminated for doing a side job?
Q: My husband was working in a private retail company before. While he was working with them, he helped a friend sell his friend`s own designs of t-shirts through Facebook. His previous employer saw that and terminated him and they are accusing him that he is copying their designs and stealing customers by selling his friend`s items while working which is not true. He threatened my husband that they will sue him and to avoid that, they`re gonna remove him from work and will pay him only the days of his work (15 days) which my husband agreed because he doesn`t want any trouble. That`s what they did. They didn`t pay him his gratuity for staying almost 3 yrs with them as well as airline ticket, vacation leave and public holidays. Now it`s been a year since it happened and my husband is already working with another company and suddenly his previous employer saw him in a restaurant and asked him why he is there and threatened him that they are gonna sue him still. Recovering an amount of money from a friend while having only his full name
Q: Dear sir/madam, I am from the UK and a friend borrowed money in the region of £50,000 (GBP) and moved away to Dubai for supposed heart operations. I have WhatsApp messages with them promising to pay me back but they have since blocked me and done credit card fraud in my name and sent the money to themselves in Dubai. 3 out of the 5 banks have concluded their investigations here in the UK and confirmed I was a victim of fraud. I am still waiting for the remaining 2 banks to conclude their investigations. In the meantime, I have lost my savings of £50,000 after helping a friend who claimed they needed money for Hospital Operations in UAE and bills, etc. I have bank statements to prove the money owed to me. How to obtain the bank records of the ex-husband?
Q: Hello, I am from the USA and currently have a family law case here against my ex-husband to obtain the money that he rightfully owes me. My ex-husband used to live in Sharjah, UAE, but he now lives in the USA since 2020. He had a bank account in Sharjah Islamic Bank, but now he claims that he does not have access to that account and does not have money in that account.
