س: السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته السادة الكرام بخبركم سالفة استوت مع شركة تقنية متخصصة في تصميم المواقع و التطبيقات. تعاقدنا وياهم على اساس يسوون لنا تطبيق ذكي لفكرة تجارية. ووقعنا العقد واشترطوا دفع مقدم، واعطيناهم. العقد تم من شهر 4 - 2017 بس للحين ما سووا شي ولا شفنا شيء. كل مرة يماطلون و يتهربون لين اختفوا و كنسلوا تلفوناتهم. المعطيات اللي عندي ان الشركة مسجلة في منطقة حرة باحدى الامارات (مادري اذا مسموح احط اسم الامارة). تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء المنطقة الحرة، قالوا لي نعتذر ما نقدر نوفر لك المعلومات لأنك طرف ثالث! طيب انا مستهلك و متضرر منهم، كيف اخذ حقي؟ حاليا قدمت دعوى مدنية بس قسم التدقيق في المحكمة الرئيسية طلب مني اعطاء عنوان كامل للشركة، وهالمعلومات ما اقدر احصلها عن طريق المنطقة الحرة اللي الشركة مسجلة عندهم لأنهم يرفضون التعاون. بالتالي الدعوى معلقة لحين اكمال النواقص. علما ان المبلغ مب بسيط وهالشيء أثر نفسيا علينا. شو الحل؟ طالبين مشورتكم.

عقوبة إتجار الحدث بالأسلحة النارية

س: مرحبا أساتذتي الكرام لو تتفضلوا وتفيدوني بهذه القضية: قام شاب بسن الخامسة عشر بالمساهمه المالية فقط مع زملاء له بشراء قطع سلاح وبيعها. في البداية كانت تجارتهم بمسدسات الصوت فقط، كانت 4 مسدسات على مرات متفرقة ولم يشتروا سوى مسدس عادي واحد. موضوع الاستشاره ما هي عقوبة هذا الشاب وماذا يترتب عليه؟ وهل يسجل قيد في سجله أم لا؟ الرجاء الإفاده في هذه القضيه من كل جوانبها وإفادتي بكل ما يترتب على الشاب؟ ومع التأكيد على أنه لم يساهم إلا بمبلغ 15 دينار أردني لا غير وكان بعيد عن عمليات البيع والشراء (زملاؤه هم من كانوا يقومون بها وهم كذلك بسن 15). والأهم أنه قاصر وامتنع عن مزاولة التجارة في سن السادسة عشر.

Q: We (12 persons) have invested in a Japanese restaurant (AED 100,000), each with 3 years contract. After 2 years, the owner failed to pay the shop rent for the past 6 months and the landlord had closed the shop.
