مطالبة الورثة بسداد قيمة إيصال أمانة عن والدهم المتوفَّى
س: السلام عليكم، دعوى مطالبة إيصال أمانة مرفوعة علينا باعتبارنا ورثة أبينا الذي تُوفِّي منذ سنتين، مع العلم أنه لم يترك تركة أو أي شيء يُورَّث وترك ابنته قاصر لم تبلغ ٢١ سنة، فماذا نفعل؟ وما حكم المحكمة المتوقَّع في هذه الحالة؟ وهل يحق للشاكي الحجز على جزء من معاش أبي؟

Can I object to the landlord's eviction notice for personal use because he sold the property?
Q: My landlord served me a 1-year eviction notice stating to vacate the property for personal use. But he sold the property last month without even notifying me. Now, the new owner contacted me and reminded me to vacate the property as per the old landlord`s eviction notice. Do I really need to vacate the property? Or do I stand a chance to object to the validity of the eviction notice on grounds that the eviction notice was served stating personal use but in reality, the landlord had sold it?

Providing an employee with a repatriation ticket by the company upon resignation?
Q: Good day! I am writing to get advice on behalf of one of my junior employees. He has resigned from the company after working here for 8 years during which the company has provided him with a ticket back home once during his vacation. Right now, he is willing to go back home and the company is refusing to provide him the ticket (based on the reason that he resigned and was not terminated), and refusing to include "unused" ticket allowances as well based on "he did not use them on time". Should I file a criminal or civil case against forgery and fraud?
Q: I saw a news article that mentioned - the forgery of a tenancy contract (EJARI) is a criminal offense as it is a government document. I have a business contract with an individual who was required to disclose the use of my investment. As part of the disclosure, he shared with me forged Ejari documents. Therefore, I believe he has not only committed forgery but also committed fraud/cheating. Can I file a criminal complaint? Or is my relief only in civil court?May 18, 2022

Claiming the EoSB and pending salaries while the visa is canceled
Q: Hi, Good day! I have been working with a company for 24 years and a half. Then I resigned because I did not receive a salary for almost 1 year. They have already canceled my visa but when I asked about my gratuity payment and pending salaries, my manager told me that I can get it within a month or two and that if I still didn`t receive it, just told me that they will contact me if ever the cheque is ready. My question is: Do I still have a chance to get my entitlement such as a guarantee of receiving my gratuity, and pending salaries despite my visa being already canceled? Inability to travel to Saudi Arabia due to a case in the UAE
Q: Dear air/madam, When I was on a visiting visa in Dubai, I went to jail due to a cheating case and was banned and deported from there. Then three years later, I got a driver`s visa to Saudi Arabia and when I went to the Saudi Dammam airport, they told me that I am banned from all GCC countries due to a UAE case. Then how did I get my visa?! When they were deporting me from Saudi Arabia airport, they gave me a paper and mentioned that I am blacklisted.
