Filing a criminal case for issuing fake visa

Q: Hi. Good afternoon. Can I file a case against a fake visa agent? It has happened 3 years ago in India. The victim was stopped at India airport due to duplicated visa. Now, that agent is working in Dubai. The victim is also working in Dubai. Can we file a case? If it is ok, what is the evidence required to prove this fraud?

Legal consequences for non payment of bank dues

Q: Dear Sir My question is that I have two credit cards of a total outstanding amount of AED 60000 including interest and late fines...etc. I am not paying the credit cards payments for the last six months due to financial issues. I contacted the bank for full and final settlement after giving a discount but the bank has not agreed to give a discount and asking to pay the full outstanding amount. Leave pay due to termination: I have 25 days unutilized leave which I intend to encash. What is the basis of computing the value of this leave pay? Would it be on the basis of: a.) gross monthly salary (which includes the latest basic salary + housing allowance + transport allowances) b.) or on the basis of latest basic salary + housing allowance c.) or on the basis of just the latest basic salary? Could you please clarify and provide me with the correct latest updated UAE Labor Law article ref. # 79 for the correct interpretation of the basis of calculation for the above leave pay.

Termination of limited term contracts by the employee and its effects

Q: Dear Madam, I am a doctor, working on a limited contract in a private hospital. I finished one contract of 2 years + one more year. I am planning to terminate the next contract in the middle. In the contract, it is mentioned 3 months notice period with 3 months full pay compensation for either party. Q: Good Day Madam!! I am working in this company for the past 4.2 years. I sent my resignation letter through the mail on a Thursday evening, which is a weekend. But I have calculated my 1 month notice period from Sunday onwards. Is this resignation legally valid & accepted? 1 more important info; my previous contract got over on the 20th of Jan 2019.
