الخوف من إفشاء موظفة لأسرار الشركة والحد من سيطرتها

س: سلام عليكم أخي الكريم، لدي استفسار صعب بعض الشيء بخصوص موظفة فلبينية على إقامة ولي أمرها، ولكنها كانت تعمل في شركة أبي لمدة ٤ سنوات، وعندي ورقة لا ممانعة من الأب. بسبب مرضها كنا نجدد إقامتها سنويًا على أبوها ونتكفل نحن بالتكاليف. المهم هذه البنت مجنونة، فقد صارت تحلم وتحب مدير الشركة وتذكر للموظفين أنها تحلم أن تصير بينهما علاقة. حاليًا أصبحت تتعمق في العمل لدرجة تجبر هذا المدير ألا يستغني عنها بأي شكل لتبقى بجانبه. هذا المدير يهمه عمله فقط ولديه عائلة وأطفال. كيف يمكننا الحد من تغلغل هذه السيدة؟ يخبرني المدير أن لديها أسرارًا هامة خاصة بالشركة من مجوهرات وزبائن وأمور تتعلق بالأمانة، وإذا خرجت من الشركة، فقد تضر بصالح العمل لأن إقامتها ليست على الشركة.

Obligation to pay employment charges in early resignation

Q: Hello there, I was working for a company in Jebel Ali Free Zone since 2011 as a senior sales manager. I was asked to resign due to the company not performing well. I resigned. Now, after 3 months I have a job offer in another Jebel Ali free zone company. I had signed a standard JAFZA non compete agreement in 2011. I have told my former employer through emails where I am joining and I have received no objection from them verbally and a firm no objection through SMS from the signatory authority of the company. They are dodging giving the letter. Will it be a problem for me in the future?

Requirements for exemption from court fees in labour cases

Q: Are the labour court fees mandatory? Our lawyer filed the case for us in Fujairah and now the court wants us to pay AED 5000. We asked our lawyer to waive the court fees for the case but after 2 weeks, we followed up and the secretary of the lawyer said to us that the court cannot waive the fees. Our co-workers did not pay any fees in Abu Dhabi and Dubai courts where they filed their cases and now most of them received their judgment. Because of this, we are having second thoughts of our lawyer. There has been no progress since we provided our documents and SPA 6 weeks ago. Are court fees really mandatory to be paid? The secretary of the lawyer said to us the case will not push through if we will not pay. The thing is we did not receive 4.5 months of salary and the court fees are much of a burden to add. Staying in the premises beyond the tenancy contract

Q: Hi there, I am staying in my current apartment in Sharjah since 2011. I haven`t renewed my tenancy since July 2018 (almost 10 months now) since I lost my job and struggling to pay my bills and take care of my family. My building real estate has still not taken any action against me till now. But I`m worried they might go legally against me. Could you please advise what could happen if they proceed legally? And do I have to pay the outstanding for the last 10 months or can I move to any other place without informing the real estate? Kindly advice. Thanks, A.
