هل اقتطاع ثلث الراتب لتسوية قضية مالية تكون على الراتب بعد احتساب النفقة أو قبل؟
س: السلام عليكم حكم على والدي بقضية مالية بقدر ١٠٠٠٠ دينار وعرضنا التسوية على الطرف الآخر وسوف يتم اقتطاع ثلث الراتب. ورفعنا أنا وأمي وإخوتي نفقه لأن الوضع المعيشي لا يحتمل. هل اقتطاع ثلث الراتب تكون على ما تبقى من الراتب بعد النفقة أو قبل؟

A contractor breaches his obligations of apartment renovation. What to do?
Q: Dear sir/madam, I engaged a general contractor to help renovate my apartment. It has now been over 4 months. I have major issues with the bathrooms (leaks, incorrect installation). In addition, he has used real cheap quality material which is scratched and has a horrible finish. Finally, I have a long list of items still not complete. He has been promising for the past 3 weeks that someone will come to review and correct but no one has come and every day I have a new excuse. I paid him 90% of the money as he talked a good game. I would welcome some advice on the best course of action to move forward.

Q: Hello, I got deported from the UAE due to having HIV Positive results. 1. My question is once I will be having negative HIV, can I travel back to the UAE on a visit visa or work visa? 2. Getting the deposit cheque back upon bank refusal and MOU expiry
Q: Hi, I had signed MOU to pay for a property, but my bank does not approve the loan. The MOU got expired. Now the owner asks the agent to give him my deposit cheque. In the MOU, it is mentioned that the MOU is valid for 45 days and it is subject to bank approval. If there is any rejection from the bank, this MOU will be null and void. In this condition, can I get my deposit cheque back?

س: أنا مصرية مقيمة في أمريكا وكذلك زوجي السابق. تطلقنا قبل سنوات في مسجد بأمريكا ولم تنطلق رسمياً أمام القضاء الأمريكي. استمر زوجي في الإقامه معنا في نفس المنزل مدة ٣ سنوات في غرف منفصلة ثم سافر إلى مصر وطلقني طلاق رسمي بدون معرفتي على الرغم أنه سألني عن طريق الإيميل هل أرغب بالطلاق في مصر أو أمريكا فأجبته أمريكا . عندما عاد علمت أنه يخطط للزواج من أجنبية، وبالفعل ترك المنزل وتزوج. والآن يطلب مني أن أكتب له أنني استلمت كافة حقوقي في مصر وأمريكا وأنا لم أستلم شيء. فهل لي حقوق في القانون الأمريكي؟

Q: Hello, Can you please help me to know why my Dubai visit visa gets rejected 2 times? In 2018, I was working with a company in Oman. I got some emergency back home but my boss went to the police and made a complaint against me that I fled with money. I did not get a chance to speak to him as I was blocked from using the company email. Since that time, I haven`t spoken to anyone in that company. استئناف صدر صالح عامل بسبب خطأ في احتساب الرواتب المستحقة
س: السلام عليكم، رفع عامل قضية عمالية واليوم صدر الحكم لصالحه بمبلغ. كانت طلباته أنه لم يحصل على راتب أقل من شهرين مع العلم أنه تم إيداع الراتب الأخير له بالحساب وله فقط نصف شهر ومع ذلك حكم القاضي بثلاثة أشهر راتب وهذا غير صحيح. هل يجب الطعن أو الاستئناف على الحكم وأن هناك خطأ في إعطائه ثلاثة أشهر وهو له نصف شهر فقط؟
