Labor case judgement execution
Q: A labour case was ruled in my favour and I received the judgement at the end of 2016. The judgement progressed to execution and not One Dirham has been paid by my ex-employer to date. We have spent the last year searching assets in all banks, combined with real estate, RTA etc. and all have come back with no assets. An attachment was made on the office assets, shortly after the Rental Dispute Committee issued a Judgement awarding the office assets to the Landlord. Finally, we located a valid Bank Guarantee held with a Government Authority. But the entity is not cooperating. As per Federal Law No. 8 for 1980 On Regulation of Labour Relations, Article 4 gives priority over all assets. However, in this scenario, Federal Labour Law, Dubai Real Estate Laws and further laws are all overlapping and conflicting. My query is, is there a document or law that states which law has priority over another to help resolve the issues I am facing with the judgement execution?

How to sue the bank which falsely accused me based on forged documents?
Q: The Bank filed a false case against me and when I visited the bank`s legal team I found that all my documents were forged and the loan was processed. I suffered in jail for one day and then the case was withdrawn by the bank. How to demand an explanation and compensation from the bank? Am I eligible to sue the bank? Leave entitlement in case of less than one year of service
Q: I have a couple of labour issues. I worked for a company for 7 months, and I was lied to regarding my visa status while I was working. It was said it was possessing while it was not, and I also received a false labour contract which I later found out. Once I finally received my visa, I had a death in the family so I wanted to take my emergency leave. My employer said it will be an unpaid leave, so I replied I thought I can get 30 days paid leave after my probation period, then he replied bring in your passport for termination. I just needed to leave the country for 2 weeks for the funeral even if he would have said that he could not pay for the leave it would be ok, but by terminating me instead, I thought it was a wrongful termination. When I came into the office they told me it was because of poor work performance, which was not true because I never received a prior documented notice with my signature regarding poor work performance. What legal actions can I take towards this case?

Q: An absconding case is for those employees who do not inform their employer when they leave or who did not return back to work. But my case was different, I informed my employer regarding the accident which happened to me here in my country Philippines. I submitted all legal medical documents to support my extension of vacation leave.
