How to convince the execution judge to put a travel ban on company manager?
Q: Is it possible to put a travel ban on the manager of a debtor company in a civil execution lawsuit? I asked for a travel ban on the manager of a company. The judge refused because the identity of the manager was not declared in the trade license (But it shows in the company MOA and some final verdicts issued by the court). I then filed a grievance against the execution decision. But the grievance verdict was that I cannot pursue a manager to pay unless I prove mistake, fraud or deception by the manager. So, is it still possible to put a travel ban or detention on the company manager due to the default of payment of the company, even without proving any mistake, fraud or deception of the manager? Ref Article 186 of Cabinet Decision No. 57 On The Implementing Regulation Of Federal Law No. (11) Of 1992 On The Civil Procedure Law. The law allows travel ban/detention of any legal representative.

سداد مديونية تتجاوز الدخل الشهري
س: زوج تكفَّل بسداد مبلغ قرض عقاري لزوجته الأولى لدى بنكين كونها لا تعمل؛ الأول قيمة قسطه 16660 درهم والثاني قيمة قسطه 4290 درهم، ومن ثَم رفعت عليه قضية نفقة زوجية ونفقة ستة أبناء وتم الحكم بمبلغ 22000 درهم. قامت الزوجة الثانية وهي مطلقة برفع قضية نفقة وتم الحكم بنفقة شهرية بقيمة 2500 درهم شهريًا. مجموع المطلوب شهريًا 45450 درهم مع العلم أن راتب الزوج 32900 شهريًا، والزوج لا يملك أي شيء سوى راتبه. أسئلتي الآن: 1. هل تستطيع البنوك بيع منزل الزوجة لسداد المبالغ المستحقة لقيمة القروض المستحقة مع العلم أن الزوجة لا تملك هي الأخرى سوى هذا البيت بالإضافة إلى أنها لا تعمل؟ 2. هل يستطيع الزوج تقديم طلب إثبات حالة إعسار كون التزاماته تجاوزت دخله الشهري؟ 3. هل يعفي إثبات الإعسار الزوج من التزاماته المالية لدى البنوك كونه كفيلاً لزوجته وليس المالك الأصلي للعقار؟ 4. ما النصيحة التي تنصح بها الزوج؟ وشكرًا!Oct 16, 2021

Inability to travel because an employee is injured
Q: Hii With due respect, I want to ask a question I am working in a company as an HSE representative. There was an incident that occurred with a workshop in charge and he got fractured on hand. He got all the treatment and he is ok now. When he got injured, there was a case filed and he got a medical test twice from the forensic team of the police. But the police say that I can not travel (a travel ban) until the case is finished by public prosecution court. Can you please tell me how can I get rid of this case?
