I made a complaint against my company for a pending salary and cancellation of my employment visa through the labour office.

Now, the case is in the labour court, but the company owner left the country. How do I get the salary without the company owner?

Dear Questioner,

You cannot do anything until you have the final decision of the court in your labour case.

If you already have a final decision in your labour case, you can open an execution file against the company.

The executor will send a notice to the company to pay the amount within 15 days.

In case the company did not pay the requested amount, the executor can start the execution process against the company.
