I had pending bank loans and credit card dues. If I apply for a visit visa from outside, will it get approved?
I had pending bank loans and credit card dues, and I am outside the UAE.
Surely there will be a police case and also a travel ban.
Under these circumstances, if I apply for a visit visa from outside, will it get approved?
Hello dear,
The problem is not with the visa. The visa may be issued, but you are surprised at the airport to be arrested because there is definitely a case and an arrest warrant.
First, we must cancel any legal procedures, such as arrest warrants, and submit a request to pay the amount in installments after you enter the Emirates.

Peace be upon you,
Regarding your request for a visit visa to the United Arab Emirates while having pending financial cases and a possible travel ban, please be advised that although your visa application may not be automatically rejected, if there is a judgment against you in absentia, you may face legal procedures upon arrival at the entry point, which may include denial of entry or detention until the pending cases are resolved.
Therefore, we strongly advise you to consult a specialized lawyer to review your legal status and assist you in resolving the pending cases before applying for the visa or attempting to enter the country, to ensure smooth entry and avoid any legal complications or possible detention.
Early preparation and resolving your legal matters is the best way to avoid any future obstacles.
If you wish, we are fully prepared to provide all legal services to help resolve these matters efficiently and promptly.

If you have unpaid bank loans and credit card dues in the UAE, and especially if the banks have filed police complaints or civil cases that led to a travel ban or arrest warrant, then applying for a visit visa carries some risk.
While the visa might technically get approved through the immigration system, it does not automatically mean you’ll be allowed to enter the country safely.
If there is an active police case or travel ban against your name, you may be stopped at the airport upon arrival.
It’s very important to first verify your legal status through proper channels and understand whether any criminal or civil orders have been issued.
In some cases, we can check that and also assist in negotiating with the bank or applying for settlement or clearance before any travel plan.
I suggest we speak further on WhatsApp or phone so I can guide you in more detail and help you assess the situation before you risk entering the UAE.
