إمكانية الترحيل بسبب الأمراض المعدية

آمل أن تساعدني.

هل سيتم ترحيل المرشح للعمل الحائز على تأشيرة إقامة بسبب ظهور ندبات على رئتيه من التدخين او السل في صورة الأشعة السينية أثناء تعديل وضعه؟

هل ستفرض وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين حرمانًا من العمل تلقائيًا على المرشح الذي ترك الشركة أثناء فترة الاختبار؟ (بعقد غير محدد المدة)

Dear Questioner

There is a high possibility that a person detected with TB will be deported.

For the labour ban, it happens if the employee has illegally terminated the employment contract or did not observe the provisions of the UAE Labour Law.

For example, not respecting the notice period mentioned in his non-limited contract or terminating his limited contract before the end of its duration, committed any of the violations listed in article 120 of the UAE Labour Law, worked with another company without obtaining a work permit from MoHRE and stayed in the UAE after the termination of his employment contract, for any reason, for more than two months without legal justification.

Yes, but if the candidate does not have TB anymore, and only a scar from previously having the disease, is there still a chance of deportation?

There will be a fresh medical examination to check if there are any traces left. If found negative, then he will not be deported.
