Leaving indemnity calculation for non-Bahrainis

Indemnity is calculated on the basis of the period of employment and is calculated from the start date to the end date of the employment.

It includes any annual leave or sick leave or other leave and is not limited to working days.

The entire duration shall be considered irrespective of the number of leaves. Holidays are provided in the law so they cannot be subtracted while counting years.

One year includes 12 months including the month during which the employee was on holiday.
