Absconding case by the employer after termination
Dear Madam
Reputed con company terminated me giving a 1-month notice period. After the notice period, the company cannot cancel my Dubai visa due to a travel ban and criminal case.
The company now asks me to clear the case immediately, otherwise, they will notify me as absconding. Is it possible by the company to notify absconding, and still I have regular contact with the company?

Once you serve the notice period, the company has to cancel your visa. If that cancellation is not done, the company has to pay a fine for the non-cancellation or non-renewal.
In order to avoid such a situation, the company is asking to clear the cases. In such an event the company has to put absconding over you as a matter of safety.
The most advisable option is to get the benefits from the company and try to settle your criminal case.
