You may submit such a request to the judge at the most recent hearing and the judge will decide if it is a necessary measure to take or not.

Please note that if the court agrees, they will be the body hiring the expert from their own experts' list. It's not that one of the parties hire the expert he likes.

You need to submit a request to Dubai Courts' website under the name of (civil or commercial, expert appointment dispute).

Your request should have a full explanation for the real facts. After your request gets approved, the court will hire an expert.

You should pay the expert fees, then the expert will contact you to discuss your case and prepare the report.

After he finishes the report, he will send it to the court. Then the file will be closed unless you register your claim case.
