If your husband has already moved an application for divorce before the family court, you will get informed of the case and both of you will be called for counselling before proceeding with the case.

Before the counsellor, you can share all your views.

Even after counselling, if the matter is referred to the court for the judge's decision there also you can appear personally or through a lawyer and defend the same putting forth your reasons.
