The requirement of Emirati partner in LLC with GCC nationals

I'm a Pakistani national and my wife is a Bahraini citizen.

We have one company in the UAE and my wife is the owner of that company. We didn't take any sponsorship.

My question is if we will take any partner in our company, shall we need local Emirati sponsor or not?

Hi,

Basically, any GCC citizen would have the right to establish an LLC company with no need to have a local sponsor.

Otherwise, if she wants to add a foreign partner in such an LLC license, then you have to engage with a local sponsor.
