Dear Questioner,
As per the UAE Government website, Hungarian citizens can get a 90-day multiple entry visit visa, free of charge and valid for 6 months from the date of issue for a stay of 90 days.
However, there are several reasons why the Department of Immigration will reject an individual’s visa application for “Security Reasons”, this includes:
• Unskilled profession stated in the passport;
• Mistakes in the visa application form;
• Handwritten or invalid passport;
• Documents submitted are not clear or blurred;
• Previously applied for a UAE visa but did not visit the country;
• A previous criminal record;
• Bad travel history; and
• Bad residency history.
Unfortunately, if a UAE government office rejects a visa, for any reason, they are not obliged to disclose the specifics of their decision and no one has the right to request this information. Such information is also never disclosed to a third party.
We can conduct a travel ban and arrest warrant check to see if there is anything issued against your name within the Police Databases.
But if the Department of Immigration has rejected your visa application for “Security Reasons”, this would not show up on a travel ban report.
Your best option may be for us to go directly to the Department of Immigration on your behalf and attempt to remove your name from the blacklist manually in a process called “Conflict Name Clearing”.
But it is not guaranteed that the Department of Immigration will disclose this information or clear your name from their systems.
In order for us to do this and give you legal representation before the Department of Immigration, we’ll need a Power of Attorney (POA) from you, allowing us to act on your behalf.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed with our services, and contact me directly at bw@elnaggarlegal.com, if you need any further information.
