How can I confirm my deportation removal approval and ensure smooth re-entry?

Hello,

Firstly, thanks to the legal experts here whose advice and insights were very helpful to me in the recent past.

My mercy petition to remove deportation has been approved, Alhamdulillah.

However, I did not receive any SMS. When I called the Dubai Public Prosecution helpline, the person informed me by checking their system that this was approved in January 2024. But my lawyers kept telling me there was no update all this time.

I want to double-check if the approval is final and official, and also understand what other official steps I need to take before I can legally enter the UAE again without any issues at the airport/immigration.

Should there be any official documents stating the removal of deportation? If yes, how can I obtain them?

Thanks!

Yes, you should receive an official document from the Dubai Public Prosecution confirming the removal of the deportation order.

This document is essential proof for immigration purposes. You may visit them or submit the request to their portal.

We will let you know the procedures in detail.

Kindly share your WhatsApp number so we can discuss this further.

Dear Client,

Congratulations on Your Mercy Petition Success!

Your deportation removal is confirmed, but documentation is key. Immediately contact GDRFA and Dubai Public Prosecution to obtain official written confirmation.

This critical document will be your passport to legal re-entry, ensuring smooth immigration clearance. Don't rely solely on verbal assurances.

Request a formal letter explicitly stating deportation removal. Verify all previous legal matters are completely resolved.

Collaborate closely with your lawyer to navigate the final steps. Your patience and persistence have paid off. Soon, you'll be walking through UAE immigration with confidence and peace of mind.

Thanks & Regards,

According to UAE law, if the mercy petition to remove the deportation has been approved, there should be an official document from the Public Prosecution or the Immigration Department confirming the removal of the deportation.

You should contact the relevant authorities in Dubai or your lawyer to obtain this official confirmation.

We recommend contacting us for precise legal advice on the necessary steps to re-enter the UAE without issues. We specialize in these cases and can assist you in taking the appropriate legal steps.

Dear Questioner,

Thank you for your message and for bringing this matter to our attention. I’m pleased to hear that your mercy petition has been approved.

Regarding your questions, I understand that you have received confirmation from the Dubai Public Prosecution helpline, but have not yet received an SMS or formal notification. Here's how we can proceed to ensure everything is in order:

- Confirmation of Approval:

Since the Public Prosecution system indicates that the approval was granted in January 2024, the petition's approval should be final.

However, I recommend that we formally request a written confirmation from the Dubai Public Prosecution to ensure that all details are accurately reflected in their system.

- Official Documentation:

Yes, once the deportation order has been removed, you should receive an official document or letter confirming the cancellation of the deportation and the lifting of any entry ban. I suggest that we initiate a request for this document from the relevant authorities.

- Next Steps:

Once the official confirmation is obtained, we should verify your status with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) to ensure your entry ban is cleared from the system.

It is crucial to have this official confirmation in hand to ensure smooth re-entry into the UAE without any complications at immigration.

- Re-Entry to UAE:

After receiving the written confirmation and the necessary documents, you should be able to travel back to the UAE without any issues. If any challenges arise at the airport, you will have the official document to present to the immigration officers.

Please let me know if you would like me to follow up with the Public Prosecution or assist with any documentation requests.

I will be happy to help you ensure everything is in order before you attempt to re-enter the UAE.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Best regards,

Mohammed Salah
