Termination of a limited employment contract without notice
Sir,
I work in a telecom company for more than 1 year. Now, the company has decided to terminate me because of non-performance but till now I didn't receive any termination email.
Today I received a message from MOL that my company has complained against me. My contract is limited and I am doing a job as sales.
Please advise.

Hi Dear,
Just go to MOL and explain for them that you have finished your probationary period and the company knows that your performance is good and no reason for the complaint.
Explain to them that this is a breach for the labour contract, and ask them to transfer the file to the court so that you can ask for your full rights. Then file a case against your company.
