The legal procedure for dissolution of partnership
Hello,
I am looking for legal help to shut down a partnership in Dubai or to somehow cancel my share in the partnership.
I am a minority partner and I no longer want to be in the partnership due to questionable activities of the other partner.

If you don't want to continue with the partnership, there are two options for you.
You can either transfer your shares in the name of the remaining shareholders or in the name of a third party who is interested to become a shareholder.
These can be done through documentation from the concerned authority.

Before answering your question, we want to clarify whether other partners agree to you or not.
In case of approval, a request will be submitted to the Economic Development Department, and then the contract of the establishment will be submitted and then delete your name from the license.
In case of dissatisfaction with the rest of the parties or partners, it is only you who will submit a legal notice and then open a case within the court
