Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

Considering you have defaulted in paying the bank dues, the bank must have bounced your security cheque and filed a police case against you.

Whenever a police case is registered, there is an automatic travel ban issued and a fine judgement levied against the signatory of the cheque.

Hence, when you intend on travelling to the UAE, there is a possibility that you will be arrested and taken to the police station. Wherein you will have to pay the fine and get release papers.

I trust you will find the above appropriate.

Regards,

Hari Wadhwana

Thank you for your time,

So here in my case, I have defaulted a total of 4 different debts. So there is a chance of four different police cases against me??

I have to pay a different fine for each one??

How much would be the fine amount here in these cases??

Kindly advise

Dear Sir/ Madam,

If you have provided four security cheques then yes there is a possibility of four distinct police cases.

The fine amount shall depend on the cheque amount and at the discretion of the Judge. I would advise you to be prepared for a fine of at least 10% of the cheque amount.
