My wife is currently in Canada and she has a loan and one credit card issue. How can I check whether she can travel or not?

Should I apply online for a good conduct certificate?

If she has a case, how to settle down so she will come back?

Only she can personally check. You may try with the good conduct certificate. If the case is filed then the moment she arrives in the UAE she will be arrested.

If the amount is small, she can pay a fine. but the bank has the right to file a civil case to claim dues.

Thank you for your reply. The amount is less than 100,000.

I checked with my source and she has two cases. The case is showing that she has a fine of 2,000 to pay in Dubai court and another one in Sharjah. Kindly advise.

If I hire a lawyer, is it possible she will travel without any issue?
