Checking a police case before returning back to the UAE

A security cheque for a loan amount has been deposited by the bank and it bounced, but have not received any call from the police.

How can I check whether there is a police case? Currently, the person is outside and he got a new work visa.

Dear Questioner,

Thanks for contacting online.

We can check by using the concerned person's passport copy and visa page whether any case is filed and pending against him.

Please feel free to contact me on 0556635526 or WhatsApp me on 0508575526 if you need any further clarification or assistance.

If you don't have any call from the police, that does not mean you are clear and the bank did not make the case.

Maybe the bank put another number for you so the police did not call you because of that.

And about the check, you can do it by:

1- any person who has a POA from you to him

2- by anyone who has the system to check

But my advice is not to go to the police and check for yourself, because if you have anything, they will catch you.

You must check by anyone here in the UAE - and we can help you before you apply to any visa to come back to the UAE.

For any information, we are happy to help you.
