Debt settlement with the bank to avoid legal action

Hi

I have 5 credit cards & one personal loan from the UAE. I couldn't pay since August 2018. I am not in the UAE now.

I want to repay now but on acceptable instalments.

Can anyone help me with this, please?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for getting in touch with me on this.

I understand that you have defaulted on a total of 6 financial instruments and have not paid the monthly instalments since August 2018. Currently, you are not in the country.

Please note that in this circumstance, the bank must have bounced a total of 6 cheques against you and there will be a police case against you for this bounced cheque.

Consequently, due to the police case, there will be a travel ban and fine levied on you. The moment you pay these fines, the police case and ban will be lifted from your name.

I advise that your first priority should be to remove the travel ban and pay these fines. Thereafter, you or through a legal representative should negotiate and settle the dues with the bank.

You can get in touch with me on +971 52 9495731 for further discussion and explanation.

I can surely assist you with inspection of police record and clearance of these cheque cases.

Regards,

Hari Wadhwana
