إنهاء عقد محدد المدة بدون إخطار
أعمل في عيادة منذ مارس 2018 وأبرمت عقدًا محدد المدة يبدأ من 3 يوليو 2018 إلى 2 يوليو 2020، مع فترة اختبار مدتها 6 أشهر تنتهي 2 يناير 2019.
أريد أن أترك العمل دون أن أخبرهم وذلك بسبب التعذيب الذي أعانيه من صاحب العمل. كانوا يطلبون مني دفع رسوم التأشيرة أيضًا.
ما هي العواقب التي ستؤثر علي إذا قمت بذلك؟ وهل عليّ أن أدفع رسوم التأشيرة أم لا؟

What do you mean by employer torture?
Please note that the termination of a limited-term contract without intimating by an employee may attract a Labor Ban up to 1 year.
This contact may be terminated with the mutual understanding of the employee and employer.
However, be advised that where an employee seeks to terminate the employment contract, the employer shall not be legally entitled to deduct or receive any amount against the cost of visa incurred by the employer.
It may also be noted that no law states that an employee should reimburse visa expenses incurred by the employer.
Rather it shall be deemed to be in contravention of Article 60 of the Federal Law No 8 of 1980 Regulation of Labor Relations which states that:
"No amount of money may be deducted from a worker's wage in respect of private claims, except in the cases such as penalties, instalments of loan issued by the employer, advance payments made to the employee against his entitlement, that should not exceed 10% of the employee's periodic pay.

If you do not have a visa there won't be a ban. If you have a visa and if you did not complete one year of service, an automatic six months or one-year labor ban may be imposed by the Ministry of Labour upon request by your employer. No employment visa shall be issued to you until the period of the ban is completed.
They will ask you to pay the visa cost you are not obliged to.
