Claiming EOSB after termination and wrongful absconding case
I have been working for an employer for more than 14 years. Now, they have terminated me, and the notice period has completed.
Due to harassment, I left to India and the next day emailed them that I have left. They are not willing to pay my settlement and dues.
Instead, they sent me an email that they are filing a case against me for absconding and not being present there for auditing.
I am sure to win the case they will play dirty games.

Can you please tell me if your cancellation papers were processed?
The fact that your settlement and dues are not paid, in turn, raises a very legit claim before labour court and you are entitled to the full extent along with legal interest at 9-12% at the discretion of the court.
If cancellation is not processed, then I advise that you return to Dubai to complete the same and raise a labour complaint to claim your dues.
Once you file the labour case, you are free to return to India or seek alternate job employment in Dubai.
The absconding case and the auditing claims of the company will fail as the court will see them as harassment techniques.
Your only obligation towards the company is to complete notice period, which as stated by you has been done.
