I terminated the services of an employee. How can I cancel his visa if he refuses to sign the clearance of dues?

I am an employer and I terminated the services of one of my employees before the end of the probation period. He refused to sign the clearance letter of all dues and asked for 2 months' notice pay and other benefits which he is not entitled to in the probation period.

What can I do now to cancel his visa?

The company is in DIFC, Dubai.

Dear Client,

In DIFC Dubai, if an employee refuses to sign a dues clearance letter and is not entitled to notice pay or other benefits during the probation period, you should follow the DIFC Employment Law procedures for termination.

Provide written notice of termination, clearly stating the reasons and the effective date of termination. Ensure compliance with DIFC regulations and the terms of the employment contract.

If the employee continues to refuse to cooperate, seek advice from the DIFC Employment Tribunal or legal counsel to proceed with canceling the visa legally.

Thanks and Regards
