المطالبة بالمرتبات المستحقة والتعويضات عن الفصل التعسفي

أحتاج إلى حل لمشكلتي حيث تم توظيفي من قبل المدير الإداري والشريك للشركة.

عملت لمدة عام واحد على تأشيرة الشركة، بعد ذلك نقلوني إلى شركة أخرى وقالوا إنها شركتهم أيضًا، حيث أن المدير والشريك في هذه الشركة هو نفس المدير والشريك في الشركة الأولى.

عملت هناك لمدة عام آخر لكن الرواتب أصبحت غير منتظمة بعد بضعة أشهر. تم دفع راتبي من البداية من قبل المدير نفسه والشريك مع مصروفات الشركة الأخرى.

لا أعرف ما تم الاتفاق عليه بين الشريكين والكفيل. عندما توقفت رواتبي لمدة 5 أشهر توقفت عن الذهاب إلى العمل حيث لم يكن المدير يرد علي.

لقد قمت باستشارة الشريك الآخر والكفيل بخصوص عدم حصولي على راتبي وأنني سوف أشكو في وزارة العمل. لكنهم توقفوا عن فعل ذلك وحاولوا التسوية معي بدفع 20٪ فقط من التسوية النهائية الأمر الذي لم أقبله.

لدي أدلة على جميع الاتصالات على عملي في كلتا الشركتين. الآن مديري مختف والشركاء مختلفين.

My contract is unlimited starting 19th January 2017 and my offer letter was given to me on Dec 4, 2016.

I worked till 4th November. The settlement amount includes 5 months salaries of AED 25k,10k my annual leave for 2 yrs, around 6k my gratuity, 15k my arbitrary dismissal, 5k notice and my one-way ticket to my home. The total by Tasheel is AED 62k.

The employer doesn't want to pay as they said they don't know where I was working, although I have a proof that I was in contact with them and one of the partners who is the MD has taken me to his company after a year with their consent.

Please advise.
