If you have a case of harassment, you can file the case in the concerned court. If it is a professional harassment, you can move to the labour court and if is a physical or emotional one you have the right to approach prosecution.

From your question, the nature of harassment is not mentioned. Anyway, if you want to make a case there are options.

Either you can appoint a lawyer to do the work for you or else you can personally approach the concerned court.
