Can I lift a travel ban and return to the UAE if I left with visa overstay issues?

Sir.

I have uae ban in year 2008. The reason is passport cheating issues. No visa for 8 months stay in the UAE.

Last outpass through exit in the UAE.

After 1 year, again in 2009 I applied for a visit visa but no chance to visit in Dubai because I have ban in the UAE.

After 14 years, last 4 month back again I tried but there no chance. So any chance to lift this ban?

Dear Questioner,

Thanks for your inquiry.

Regarding the above, we would like to inform you that, before initiating the legal process, we will require a Power of Attorney (POA) from you.

This is necessary for us to represent you before government authorities and police stations. To proceed with the notarization of the POA, kindly provide us with the following documents:

- Copy of your old and new passport

- Copy of your Visa

- Copy of your Emirates ID

Upon receiving the aforementioned documents, we will begin drafting the POA in bilingual form. We will then send it to you for review, signature, and return.

Subsequently, we will submit the request to the federal Notary Public to notarize the POA. The Notary will provide a link for a remote meeting, during which your original passport will be verified, and you will sign on the screen.

Following this, we will cover the fees for Notary legal expenses and obtain a digital copy of the notarized POA. Please be advised that the legal fees for the POA notarization process amount to USD 140.

Upon receipt of the digital notarized POA, we will proceed to check your criminal record in the UAE to determine if there are any cases registered in your name.

Please note that this process will take approximately 4 working days and our professional legal fees for this service amount to USD 320.

Regards
