Employment visa rejection and how to apply again
My work permit is rejected, My employer has applied again. When will I receive the visa?
Dear Questioner,
Is this your first visa to the UAE? Are you inside or outside the country?
In case you are outside the country, there are so many reasons of rejection as mistakes in Visa Application form; handwritten or invalid passport; documents submitted are not clear or blurred; you applied previously for a visa but you did not visit the country and so many others.
Nobody can tell you exactly how long the process will take - depends from one authority to the other, from one Free Zone to the another.
In case you get another rejection and you are located outside the UAE but you were previously in the UAE, I suggest you to hire a lawyer to check your criminal records in the UAE.
