تعليق إلغاء التأشيرة بعد انتهاءها بسبب وجود قرض لم يسدد
مرحبًا،
اسمي حماد.
كنت أعمل مصمم جرافيك لصالح شركة تنظيم فعاليات، وانتهت تأشيرتي في 23 نوفمبر 2018 ولم تلغ شركتي تأشيرتي.
أخذوا جواز سفري للإلغاء، وهم الآن لا يردون على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني ورسائل الواتساب الخاصة بي.
ماذا يجب أن أفعل؟

Can you please clarify if your contract was a limited contract or unlimited contract?
Did you take any loan from the company? Do you have any debts?
Did you receive the last salary and the end of service gratuity?
However, you should have sent them a notice letter that you don't want to continue the employment (if your contract was a limited one) or your resignation (in case of unlimited contract).
In case you followed the labour contract instructions and you have sent them the notice or the resignation, they have the obligation to cancel your visa (a process that takes a maximum of 5 days).
They are not allowed to keep your original passport.
I suggest you to hire a lawyer, to send them a legal notice to cancel your visa and return your passport.
