Cancellation of sponsor and dependent visa when there is a case
Hi.
My wife has a travel ban due to the non-payment of a loan. She is sponsored by me and her visa is valid until the end of January 2019.
My visa is expiring in December 2018 and I need to cancel my visa so that I can cancel my trade license, but in order to do that, I need to cancel my wife's visa.
Since she has a case against her, that probably will not be possible. What is the solution for this predicament?
My wife is not in the country at the moment. Can my visa renewal be affected due to this?

Please send me your wife's passport copy to check the criminal case status. We need to know the judgement in the case.
It may be a fine and it depends upon the amount defaulted as well. Anyway once you pay the fine to court, you can get a clearance of travel ban from the court.
Once the ban is removed you can cancel her visa and yours as well in order to cancel your trade license.
Before cancelling the same, please ensure that there are no cases pending against the company as well.
