Contractual rights of a former employee
I resigned from my position in October 2016. The company is threatening legal action for soliciting employees and starting my own business to compete with them. All false allegations.
I have responded to their lawyers already but I wanted to know if I have a case against them as not all my contractual rights were honoured.

It depends on what rights you are referring to and what rights they have not honoured and it also depends on the documents, so I can not advise on what you can or cannot do.
The only thing I can advise you is that there is a limitation of one year for employment entitlements, so if you left any time up until 31 July 2016, you will not be able to claim for these rights as the time has lapsed.
