Stuck in execution! How can I retrieve my passport and labor dues?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I filed a labor case against the company, and I won. However, I am facing challenges in the execution process.

Upon investigating, I discovered that the company lacks a trade license. Now, I am unsure about the next steps. My passport is in the possession of my ex-employer, who is withholding both my passport and the executed amount.

Despite seeking help from the CID police and other authorities, I have received no assistance.

Unfortunately, I lack the financial resources to pursue this matter further.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

Dear Questioner,

During the execution stage, you can request the judge to get your passport back.

The judge can block the company's bank account and the cars, and impose an arrest warrant against the manager of the company.

You may follow up on the proceedings with the court.
