The option to go through court in case there is an arbitration clause
Can we bypass the arbitration clause in a contract and file a suit in the court?
Please provide any article and law case for this.

Dear Questioner,
Thank you for contacting online.
If there is a specific arbitration clause in the contract in question, the suit will not lie in the court.
Even if we succeed in filing it, the other party can appear and contest the matter on this jurisdiction issue.
So it is better to go with arbitration only.
