Dear Questioner,

Referring to your query, we need to know certain details like where does your husband live in the UAE, what theft case he filed against you and where is the case had been filed? Has he sent you any case/report number...etc?

In the absence of the above details, you need to authorize a lawyer by way of a power of attorney to check the case against you if any and find a solution for the same.

for more clarification, you may contact me on 0558703836 or ika@alnassaradvocates.com

My husband is in Sharjah, Sir. I am in India now.

I don't know what to do. He cancelled my family visa. He says I can't come to the UAE because I am blacklisted.

As I informed you, you need to give a POA to a lawyer so that they can check the status of the case and sort it out.
