Notification through newspapers in arbitral proceedings
Is an Arbitrator allowed to post a notification on the newspaper if one of the parties to the Arbitral proceeding refuses to respond to the Arbitrator's call or email for the purpose of delay avoidance?

Dear,
DIAC rules provide:
"3.5 Such notification or communication shall be in writing and shall be delivered by registered post or courier service or transmitted by facsimile transmission, telex, telegram, email or any other means of telecommunication that provides a record of transmission."
