Dear Alexander,

The property registration fee of 4% of the value of the sale contract was introduced by Article 2 of Executive Council Resolution No. (30) of 2013, which was published on 18th September 2013.

Therefore, any applications made pursuant to the enactment of this resolution would attract the new fee of 4%.
