Irretrievable breakdown of marriage and maintenance
Married in India - 3 years - living in Dubai, now it's not working out. She has major insecurity issues.
My relationship with my sister is also promoted as an affair, in the entire society, friends, family and my workplace.
I am not allowed to have female friends. Old friends have been pushed away by saying they should not hang out with me.
I haven't spoken to my old female friends or my sister for 2 years so that she can be ok, however, nothing changed.
Now, after 6 months of living in hostility, we then decided to move out. 3 months of living separately. I am still paying for all her expenses including rent, mobile...etc.
Asked for separation but she says I'm married to her so I should keep paying for her, and she will never let that go.
What are my options?

Dear Sir,
Thank you for getting in touch with me.
At the outset, I completely understand your situation and sympathise with you on this.
Please note that in your case, it appears that there exists a breakdown of your marriage beyond repair.
Considering that both of you are not living together and the hostility among the two, you should file a case for divorce in order to safeguard your rights.
Based on the hostile circumstances in your house and having witnesses with you, you won't even have to pay for her residence, maintenance...etc.
You may get in touch with me on 052-9495731 or email on hari@alnassaradvocates.com for further assistance.

Dear questioner,
From your query, it is not clear if you and your wife are still in Dubai or in India.
If you cannot go ahead with the marriage or if you want to continue with her there are options available for you by filing a case in the family court.
if you are interested to proceed, please contact me on 0556635526 and let's move legally as per your choice.
