Can I claim my property rights on the basis of photographs only?
My brother who lives in Dubai is holding my gold. I am the resident of UK.
I went to Dubai recently but failed to get it because I have no evidence, just the photograph of my marriage.

Dear,
You can only claim if you have any documentary evidence or receipt or witnesses to it. A photograph can be the secondary evidence but not a solid one as it may be objected by your brother that the said gold was given on marriage for the ceremony only.
Regards.
