DCCA regulations for special general meetings

The regulations are governed by the Articles of Association of the Company and any issues affecting the affairs hence require a decision from the Board of Directors and shareholders. For example, for financial reports and audit, an appointment of auditor or removal or appointment of Directors, investment matters etc. The regulation is contemplated under DCCA Private Companies regulation 2016.
